Seagate has marketed the ultra-slim portable hard drive GoFlex Slim 2.5-inch size with a thickness of only 9mm that is designed for the latest trends that are portable, slim, stylish and suitable for laptops or netbooks complement which is also stylish. Hard drives are equipped with sleek 7200RPM drive and a USB 3.0 interface for high speed data transfer.
Slim GoFlex have anodized ultra-slim design. External hard drive is also equipped with premium backup software that has been pre-loaded with features encryption and synchronization capabilities and support for 18-inch USB 3.0 cable. This hard drive works on Windows PCs and Macs in which Seagate will also offer GoFlex Slim for Mac, a version for Mac OS X specific usage that will come with HFS + format out-of-the-box. (source)
